While we understand that sometimes people need to return a product. Here is our policy:

• You have 30 days to return your item
• Buyers are responsible for return postage (unless damaged in shipping)
• All customized items are NOT RETURNABLE
• Any custom order has 30 minutes to once order is placed
• All items must be in new and sellable condition
• Any damaged item must notify the us with pictures within 7 days of delivery
• To start the return process email: tipsytanda@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return
• Once the item is delivered back then the refund will be processed to the original form of payment
